An 18-year-old girl claims she has had a “super awesome” experience in a Donald Trump-branded hotel room at the International Hotel & Tower Dallas, where she claims she was allegedly forced to perform oral sex and was sexually harassed.
The 18-month-old claims that she was invited to join a party at the Trump hotel in April 2017.
According to the affidavit, she told a partygoer that she “couldn’t take no for an answer” and said she had an “incredible” experience there.
“She said she felt like a super idol, and when she left she said that she felt as if she’d been given a gift,” the affidavit says.
Trump’s lawyer, David Bialik, has not yet responded to a request for comment.
In the affidavit of probable cause, the affidavit describes the hotel room as a “bigger than the room” and says that the room was “designed for two.”
“As we were getting dressed, she said she could barely fit in,” the police report says.
“She stated that she thought she looked great, and she thought it would make her feel special.
She stated that the hotel was full of people and people were dancing and having fun.
She said that as she was getting dressed she felt the vibrations from her fingers rubbing against the walls.”
The woman told police she was then forced to go through a door into a private bathroom, where “she stated she felt a small amount of friction on her genitals and she could feel her breasts being massaged.
She also said she was touched in a sexual way by Trump.”
She said the hotel staff made comments about her body, and said they had ‘a great time.’
“The 18 year old stated that after she left the room she said Trump was like, ‘What were you doing?
You didn’t want to go back there, did you?'”
She then told police that she left with her friends and did not return to the hotel.
Police allege that the alleged victim told a hotel worker about the alleged incident and that the employee “was not happy with her.”
According to The Dallas Morning News, the 18-wheeler driver who booked the room and booked the Trump Hotel for the 18 month old alleged to police that the young girl was “not feeling well.”
The hotel has denied the allegations.
“We cannot comment on any investigation,” a spokesperson for the hotel said in a statement.
